No seguimento da campanha pre-fall 2008 do Lagerfeld para a Chanel, também a Guess, com a ajuda do Bryan Adams, que aparentemente além de músico é também fotógrafo, lançou uma campanha baseada na imagem da Amy Winehouse.
Ora não deixa de ser lamentável que a musa inspiradora seja, no fundo, um caco humano, cuja imagem de pouca saúde empalidece e choca ainda mais por comparação com estas campanhas.. além do próprio facto de se tomar como inspiração e exemplo aquilo que é, em última análise, um suícidio humano lento e penoso assistido e explorado por muitos de forma impávida e serena. E mea culpa, que a imitei no Carnaval...
Flowers for Kate
Created from images captured in 360 degrees using 35 individual cameras -a moment literally frozen in space- the final flowering of our Flowers For Kate project is 'Bloom', a film created from stills photographed during the two-day shoot for V magazine. Contrasting brilliant, luminescent colour against stark white backgrounds and finding floral metaphor in the graphic silhouettes of Spring's collections, Kate becomes flowers and flowers become Kate. The poetry of Roddy Lumsden, composed on set and read by Kate herself, provides the perfect soundtrack for this most modern of blooms.

wake up call
Meninas, os mass media podem nos convencer de muita coisa, e quando se refere a ideais e padrões de beleza nem se fala! Sou das primeiras pessoas a admitir que sou uma sugestionada e condicionada pelo sistema. Sê-lo-ei provavelmente muito mais do que qualquer uma das minhas fellow bloggers.
Porém, tá na hora de parar, ver, pensar e dizer: espera lá, eu ando a ser enganada!!
Ontem fui ver o Wanted, filme que a partir de certa altura achei cansatiiivo, senhores.. E enquanto via o filme tive uma epifania. Sou a partilhar: este rapaz, o James Mcavoy, poderá ser muitas coisas mas não é um homem bonito.
Portanto me desculpem por vos quebrar a ilusão. Ele tem talento pra dar e vender e poderá ser querido, ter piada, ter carisma -mais duvidoso- o que quiserem.. Mas, repito, não é um homem bonito. E parem de me tentar convencer do contrário.

Há muito afastada das minhas lides de celebrity chaser (devido ao enclausuramento forçado em que me encontro), venho agora fazer um pequeno resumo do que tem acontecido... Assim começo (claro!) pela minha La Lohan, nos seus 22 anos, feliz e stable, enquanto a sua Sam gazes adoringly. Pirosa é certo, mas obsessão é obsessão. Lindsay 4ever!
Agora em especial para a nossa Dragoneza, encontrei o Jude num concerto (certamente do ano) dos Radiohead com a sua currente flame a supermodel Lily Cole de meros 20 anos. Mas atenção já dormiu lá em casa duas vezes! Está-se a tornar sério...
A Kate e o Lance claramente não conseguem take their lips, hips and whatever else parts of the body off each other. É paixão que arde e intensamente e já se pegou aos respectivos filhos (que andam sempre juntos) e inclusive aos pais (a Goldie anda com uma bicla oferecida pelo "genro")
E, finalmente, os bebés: uma Sunday Rose que me fez mesmo muito feliz por ambos (mas principalmente por ela claro!). Acho que fiquei mais feliz do que na altura da Suri...
e um undisclosed named baby boy que se sair ao pai não vai vestir t-shirts ou camisas excepto nas red carpets...

Hoje de manha vi na SkyNews que o Mirror dava como certo o Divórcio Madonna Guy Ritchie por envolvimentos com A, B e C, tendo sido contratados os advogados mais bad-asses do mundo todo. Se o Mirror diz.. eu acredito!Madonna has recently been linked to the New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez and sparked rumours of an affair as A-Rod's wife, Cynthia Rodriguez, filed for divorce and the star became a follower of Kabbalah, Madonna's religion.
The '4 Minutes' singer has now come out and said she has nothing to do with Rodriguez' divorce from his wife Cythia and is not considering splitting from British film director Guy Ritchie, her husband of seven years. She said in a statement "My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce. I know Alex Rodriguez through Guy Oseary, who manages both of us. I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage or what spiritual path he may choose to study. I have learned over the years not to take accusations and the many false reports about me very seriously. I also appreciate how fiction and fact seem to be perceived as one and the same by people who read both newspapers and the internet."
It has been reported that A-Rod had visited Madonna's New York apartment on several occasions late at night. Recently surfaced rumours also say one of the reasons Cynthia Rodriguez is divorcing her husband is his choice to join the mystical Jewish faith, Kabbalah, which Madonna belongs to.
