Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and his fiancée, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, welcomed the birth of their first child, a daughter, on Nov. 10 in Los Angeles, Maguire's rep confirms to PEOPLE. (Meyer, the daughter of Universal Studios president Ron Meyer, and Maguire began dating in early 2003.
