Backstage at the Teen Choice Awards, host Jessica Simpson asked Spears if she could kiss her pregnant belly, reports US Weekly"Hell no!" responded Spears.
"Jessica was really insulted, but Britney refused to let her do it," shares one witness.
Meanwhile, Spears' husband is weighing in on his critically-maligned performance at the Teen Choice Awards.
"I'm happy," says The Federjerk. "I think I pulled it off pretty well. (But) I'm overly critical of myself."
