It's been in the whispers of fashionistas and reporters for a few months now but it's finally official: Sarah Jessica Parker is developing her own reality show on Bravo, as executive producer. Bravo executives described "American Artist" as a competition with contemporary artists who vie for prizes to include a gallery show, national tour and other lucrative deals. Bravo describes the show as "an hour-long creative competition series in development between aspiring contemporary artists who will create and compete in a range of disciplines including sculpture, painting, photography and industrial design."
